FAIRFIELD RESIDENTS’ WISH PETITION BEFORE COUNCIL Fifty ratepayers resident in the Fairfield water-loan area signed a peti- | tion received by the Hamilton Borough i Council last evening seeking the in- j elusion of the area within the borough, j According to the petition, most ot the signatories had only sections of one-flfth of an acre acrea and the absence of up-to-date sanitary services , was alleged to have caused a very unj healthy state of affairs. “This,” add- | ed the petition, “apart altogether from the fact that we consider our rates unreasonably high. The petition was referred to the trading and finance committee.
