WATERSIDE DISPUTE TROUBLE AT PORT KEMBLA SYDNEY, Jan. 4 The steamer Datfram is lying, at anchor well out trom Port Kembla. The wateraiders are keeping her under observation through binoculars. The Daily Telegraph says a seaman who left the ship when coaling commenced was not allowed back aboard. He says that he then secured a boat and rowed alongside and told the crew what had happened. They refused to take the vessel out and this had to be done by the officers, engineers and apprentices.
