Copyright) (Received Dec. 29, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 28 The death occurred of Sir Servington Savery, M.P. for Holderness, Yorkshire. There are now’ three by-elections pending in East Norfolk, where the Liberal National member, Viscount Elmley, on the death of his father, Earl Beauchamp, became a member of the House of Lords; Ripon, Yorkshire, where there is a vacancy owing to the death of Major J. W. Hills; and Holderness.
