Tel Copyright) NEW YORK, Dec. 27 A barrister who had been expelled fiom the Bar, Walter Gragg, aged 37, and Joseph and Mary Brandino, brother and sister, have been charged with extorting 8000 dollars a year from Philip Musica. alias F. Donald Cost• i*. the swindler who was head of the drug firm of McKesson and Robbins, and committed suicide after his unmasking recently. G-men state that altogether eight swindler and blackmailed him for 50.000 to 130,000 dollars a year. Four firms in Scotland have received demands totalling over £23.000 from the commission which is examining the affairs of McKesson and Robbins. The accounts are for goods allegedly supplied. The firms deny liability, and suggest their names were taken at random from a directory. France in Jibouti continue.
