WAIKATO RUNNERS AT ROTORUA (By Telegraph.—Special to Times) ROTORUA, Tuesday Several Waikato athletes competed with success at the Rotorua Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club’s annual Boxing Day sports meeting yesterday. P. T. Bowie, Auckland and New Zealand 120 yards hurdles champion, and P. F . Sharpley, of Hawke’s Bay, holder of the New Zealand record of 15s for the 120 yards hurdles, were matched over the sticks, Sharpley performing the better.
