Copyright) (Received Dec. 14, 3.20 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 13 Raly has temporarily transferred her campaign from Tunis to Corsica, where increasing propaganda is encouraging the autonomous movement. The opinion is expressed that Italy Is Less anxious for territorial gains than to force France to grant concessions in Tunis and Somaliland, which were shelved because of the Abyssinian war. Despite reports that Italy has enormously strengthened her forces on the Libya frontier, the situation is easier at Tunis. The disturbances have ceased. Sharp diplomatic action is not likely at present.
