SHIPPING COMPANY CASE * JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday A claim made by Sidney Edward Moore in the Supreme Court, Napier, for £1774 against the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company was completed by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, to-day. Judgment was entered for defendant. Mr R. Watterson appeared for Moores’ counsel and said the application for judgment for plaintiff could not be supported in view of the answers given to three of the questions put to the jury.
