GERMAN DOMINATION.
LITHUANIA IMPREBBED DOUBT OF BRITISH HELP (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright LONDON. Oct. 21 It is stated in Kaunas that apparently impressed by the prospect of German domination in Central Europe and doubting support from England. Fiance and Russia in her policy of detachment, Lithuania is about to abandon her long-fostered suspicions or Poland and Hungary and collaborate with them. It is reliably stated that Lithuania proposes to accord minority rights to Lithuanian Poles, suppress the patriotic organisation which is urging thp reconquest of Yilna seized by Poland in 1920) and modify the security acts against the Memel Germans.
