i _ MOTORIST CONVICTED At the Hamilton Magistrate’s Court ! this afternoon Maurice Cronin, a motor . - mechanic of Hamilton, was convicted | cn a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a car on the Gordonton | Road on March 12, and further for : wilfully obstructing the police and | for driving a motor-vehicle without j a light. He was stood down to be sentenced later. LIQUIDATION PROPOSED FINANCE CORPORATION At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Finance Corporation of New Zealand Limited in Hamilton this afternoon it was decided I that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr M. M. Shaw, man- I | ager of the company, be liquidator.
