April i The flow of refugees to France continues, crating a serious problem for the French author.ties, who disarmed the troops and vaccinated and fed them. General Gayo, commander of the Government Tenth Army, and other leaders have arrived. General Gayo said: “The fight was up. and we had the alternative of facing massacre by bombing ’planes or going to France.’’ PARIS. April 1 The Spanish Government has requested France to repatriate refugee droops, and offers to pay all expenses. LONDON, April i The Burgos correspondent of the Times says 300 English volunteers surrendered to General Franco at Tarragona, and have been seut to Saragossa for repatriation.
