VESBELB FOR TRANSPORT ACTIVITY IN CHARTERING LONDON, February 9 The City contributor to the Times says there was a resumption on Wednesday of active chartering for the transport of Australian wheat. Seven vessels are known to have been definitely fixed and it was expected the total would be ten by evening. All is on business basis ot minimum rates. The vessels so chartered will proceed to Australia in ballast.
