Cop.vrltfn (Received Dec. 15, 11.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 15 The Premier announced in the Legislative Assembly that Mr Justice Halse-Hogers has been appointed a Royal Commissioner to inquire into the truth of the allegations and suggestions made by Mr Lang regarding the sale of State enterprises on December 10. Mr Stevens said the Commission had been framed In the widest terms, so that the whole of the charges of fraud and corruption could be inquired into. Mr Lang asked that the Government pay the costs of his legal adviser and counsel to enable him to present his case. ft is believed that the request will be refused.
