Mrs J. A. Wilson, of Ngaruawahia. Is visiting Wanswnui. Mrs J. Prenton, of Hamilton, is spending a few days in Tauranga as the guest of Mrs F. Dickinson. Mrs W. Davidson, of Hamilton, left during the week-end for Waihi, where she will make her home. Mrs R. Smith, of Royal Oak, Auckland, is visiting her mother, Mrs B. P. H. Brewer, in Cambridge. • * * * Miss Joan Rimmer, of Helensville. Is the guest of Mrs J. S. Fisher, of Cambridge. Miss Billie Magson, of Auckland, is the guest of her sister, Mrs Nigel Wrightson, in Cambridge. Miss Moyna Lowry, of Auckland, is the guest of her grandmother, Mrs Garland, of Leamington. Mesdames W. D. Graham (New Plymouth), J. Jackson and J. S. Hiddleston (Wellington) are at the Hamilton Hotel. Miss Molly Beaglev, of Hamilton, will Join the Niagara to-morrow for an extended tour of Australia. Miss A. Crozier, who has been the guest of Mrs Wilkins, “Haeata," Hamilton, has returned to her home at Marton.

EUREKA.

Mrs C. Saward has returned from a short visit to Auckland. Mrs G. Nixon has left for a holiday In North Auckland.

Miss Murphy is spending a holiday In Te Aroha.

Mrs Johns and Miss Norma Johns returned during the week-end after spending a few days in Pukekohe.

Mrs V. Inglis has taken up her residence at Eureka after an extended motor tour of the Hawke’s Bay and Taranaki districts.

WHITIKAHU. Mrs M. K. Trott, of Manaia, Taranaki, is visiting her sister, Mrs Bennett. Miss Norma Best has returned from a holiday in Dannevirke. Miss Bernie Bootten, of Eltham, and Mrs R. Hill, of Normanby, were the guests of Mrs Bennett during the week.

Mrs Nalder entertained at an “At Home" during the week. Among those present were Mesdames Clark, Dean, W. Law, Amon, Bennett, Boyce. Jamieson and Best.
