The Australian cricket team for the final test match against England, to be commenced at Melbourne next Friday, will be chosen from the following 13 players:— D. G. Bradman, captain (South Australia). C. L. Badcock (South Australia). W. A. Brown (Queensland). J. H. Fingleton (New South Wales). L. O’B. Fleetwood-Smith (Victoria). R. Gregory (Victoria). S. J. McCabe (New South Wales). E. L. McCormick (Victoria). L. Nash (Victoria). W. A. Oldfield (New South Wales). W. J. O'Reilly (New South Wales). K. E. Rigg (Victoria). M. Sievers (Victoria). The Victorian fast bowler Nash is the only player who has not appeared in the current series of test matches.
