NAZI RALLY.

ATTACK ON BOLSHEVISM. HERR HITLER DIBAPPOINTS. •HINTS TO “GO EASY.” United Press Assrr.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, Sept. 15. A message from Nuremberg states that although Herr Hitler, in his final speech at the Nazi Congress again attacked Bolshevism in most violent terms, he did not take his anti-Rus-sian campaign to the expected climax. The Times says extremists now are consoling themselves with the reflection that, even if Herr Hitler had not plainly declared that Germany would not sit at any conference table with representatives of the Soviet, the fact that she would not do so ought to be clear enough from his speeches at Nuremberg. It is stated that the Leader-Chan-cellor received hints to “go easy” not only from his own Foreign Office', but also from certain foreign diplomats who attended the congress. WILD EXCITEMENT. HERR HITLER CHEERED. “WORLD WILL BE OURS.” United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. NUREMBERG, Sept. 15. Excitement ran wild in Nuremberg until late last night. Thousands of cheering and singing people surrounded Herr Hitler’s hotel. The scene recalled that witnessed in the Wilhelmstrasse, Berlin, on the outbreak of the Great War. The solid mass of people sang “ Deutschland über Alles ” and such Nazi songs as “ Germany is ours to-day, the whole world will be ours to-morrow.” Herr Hitler appe'ared several times on the balcony of the hotel. The military manoeuvres ht the close of the Nazi congress left no doubt in the minds of onlookers that the German Army is as efficient as in 1915. Foreign attache's were most impressed by the deadly accuracy with which most of (he modern bombers destroyed a model village. The inhabitants, wearing gas masks, scurried to cellars. Then followed a demonstration of the latest methods of tre’nch warfare, revealing that Germany has trebled her heavy tanks and other equipment within a year. The display concluded with General von Blomberg presenting new colours to the Army. PROTEBT BY JEWS. THREATS AND DEFAMATION. GERMAN MILITARISM CRITICISED. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. GENEVA, Sept. 15. The Jewish Congress has sent a strongly worded declaration to the League of Nations and various Governments protesting against the campaign of threats and defamation at Nuremberg, especially the “absurd statement” that Jewry and Bolshevism are identical. On the contrary, says the congress, it was German militarism leading up to the Great War which facilitated the rise of Bolshevism.
