DAIRY DIRECTORS
INTEREST AT ELECTION. DISPUTE AT KAITAIA. 22 NOMINATIONS RECEIVED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) K AIT AIA, Sa tu r d ay. Twenty-two nominations, a record for the company, have been received for the seven scats on the directorate of the Kailuia Co-operative. Dairy Company rendered vacant by the resignation of all the directors as a result of the resolution calling on them to resign passed at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders. Included among the nominations are those of Messrs Bird, Kenny, Lewis and Micliic, retiring directors. The other Ihrau members of lhe hoard, Messrs ,f. N. Berghan, E. Parker and V._II. lleed, the last-named being the retiring chairman, arc not seeking reelection. A postal ballot, closing on January JO is being'held. It is anticipated lha't polling will he heavy, as greal iniercst is being taken in the election.
