LADIES’ GOLF.
CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS. SOUTH AUCKLAND MEETING. PLAY AT ST. ANDREWS. The South Auckland Champion of Champions Golf Tournament was held 10-dav at St. Andrews, under ideal weather conditions. The championship will be decided by two rounds of stroke play. The results of the morning round were as follows:—Mrs H. McDonald, (Te Awamutu), 85; Miss M. Wilkinson, (Hamilton), 87; Miss J. Brewer, (Cambridge), 90; Mrs E. L. Leigh, (Otorohanga), 92; Mrs Dannefaerd (Rotorua), 90; Mrs McLeod (Te Aroha), 97; .Mrs J. Dickie (Walton), 101. Medal Round. A medal round in conjunction with the Champion of Champions tournament attracted large entries, many visiting players from Auckland, Whangarei and ilie clubs in the South Auckland districts participating. In the senior division three players returned Hie same scores but in a recount over the last nine holes Mrs C. Bryant was declared the winner. The best cards were:—
