POWER LINE BROKEN.
CAR STRIKES POLE. WOMAN LEARNING TO DRIVE. (Dv Yeleirrapli.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Tuesday. Electric, power was cut off from a part of .Miramar for half-an-hour this morning owing in ;t motor-car striking a pole and breaking one of the lilies. Mrs G. Armstrong, who was being knight to drive, suffered shock and facial injuries and Mr .1. Tweddell. salesman, also suffered shock and had his left arm hurt. The car was badly damaged.
