FUNCTION AT TE AROHA. AN UNQUALIFIED SUCCESS. The annual Turkey Ball held on Monday evening attracted an attendance oi | almost -100 to the Catholic Hall at To j Aroha, and was' an unqualified success, ( visitors being present from all parts of the district and from the leading towns of the Auckland province. Swift’s Maram-a Band provided the music, and the spacious hall was profusely decorated in bright colouis. The turkey fare was a feature of a splendid supper. , ■ , Messrs N. Quirk .and J. J.
