A charge of stealing £3B 0s 8(1, the property of ttie Clem Dawe Revue Company was made against Colin Moore Mitchinson (22), the treasurer at flic Police Court to-day. lie was remanded to June 17. When hail was mentioned the prosecutor said it should be ■substantial as the total sum involved was about £3OO. Counsel for accused said lie understood it was more a matter of muddlepicnt than of deliberate theft. Ball was fixed at £2OO.
