SEQUEL TO COLLISION.

TAXI AND CYCLIST. INFORMATION DISMISSED. As a sequel to a collision at the corner of Kent and Hall Streets, Frankton, on April 16, in which a cyclist was knocked down by Ills car, George Soanes, taxi-driver, of Hamilton, was charged in the Magistrate's Court, Hamilton, to-day wth failing to give way. Defendant, for whom Mr F. A. dc la Marc appeared, pleaded not guilty. Evidence was given that both the cyclist and the defendant’s car were on their correct side. Holding that the regulation had not been proved, the Magistrate dismissed' the charge.
