LONDON, April 30 The Berlin correspondent of the News Chronicle says there will be no unemployment in Germany by the end of this year, according to Dr.' Ley, Leader of the German Labour Front. In a manifesto issued to workers and employers, Or. Ley has drawn' up ten commandments for workers. BERLIN, April 30 A .plan for extensive dumping toy Germany has been prepared and is expected to Ibe issued early in May. It provides for the creation of a fund of ‘£'83,000,000 and means a surtax on the business turnover.
The proceeds of the tax will be used to enable, exporters to sell goods abroad at or below the world prices.
