Captain Justice left the hospital with his head bandaged. He is still suffering slightly from manhandling. He un- , derwent an hour’s questioning by the chief of the Saar criminal police. The Saar generally is quiet except for; smouldering animosity towards the English among certain sections. The Earl of Aylesford has recovered and Neumelsterer, the electrician, who was wounded is progressing favourably. Mrs Steig remains in the hospital though her condition is not serious. HILARIOUS EVENING. OUTRAGEOUS CONDUCT ALLEGED , LONDON, Dec. 17. The Saarbrucken correspondent of the Daily Mail states that the night club which was visited by Captain ■Justice and his companions was the ■scene of wild hilarity during their presence. Prince Hubertus Lowen- ■ stein, one of those deprived by Herr 'Hitler of his citizenship and property, ■stated that the conduct of ‘Captain Justice and another police official was ■so outrageous that the Prince and his ■half brother, Count von Alvensleben, 1 in spite of the lateness of the hour, . decided to report the matter to Mr. Knox to avoid a greater scandal. However, on their way to Mr. Knox’s house at 1.30 a.m. they met a police officer and told him. Ha •thanked them and went to the night elub. -
