BIG EARTHQUAKE.
RECORDED IN INDIA. TIBET THE ‘CENTRE. i __ United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlsrnt. CALCUTTA, Deo. 15. The whole of Northern and Central India and Burma were shaken by a severe earthquake shook at 7.30 a.m. yesterday. .The shock lasted five minutes. The epicentre is believed to have been in Southern Tibet, 200 miles north of Darjeeling. The shock- was *so severe in Bombay that the seismograph in the Colaba”*Observatory was put out of action for several minutes.
It is feared that Kliatamandu, capital of Nepal, was affected.

CENTRE IN. ASIA MINOR. THIRTY VILLAGES -DESTROYED. 12 DEATHS, 50 INJURED. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received Dec. 17, 10 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 16. The earthquake, ' which was recorded in many parts of the world yesterday, occurred near Tsapadjur, Eastern Anatolia. The shocks were very violent, thirty villages being destroyed. Twelve people killed and fifty injured have already been reported.
