MUSICAL CIRCLE FUNCTION
MISS MARY GILLIES’ PUPILS. At a morning tea party at her home in River Road, on Saturday, Miss Mary Gillies entertained the parents and other friends of the pupils of her Musical Circle, when the last lesson of the year was held. A very pleasant time was spent, solos bej,ng played 'by some of her pianoforte pupils. Miss Gillies was wearing a frock of cream crepe de . chine, Mrs Gillies wearing a navy and white ensemble. Those present were: —Mesdames F. Lamb, G. S- Crimp, Lance Tompkins, E. C. Day, A. R. Brown, L. Swales, C. Holmes, A. Meldrum, C. Hume, Burson, Sweet, 11. M. Hammond, A. English, L. Barton, O’Callaghan, R. D. McFarland, 11. Hall, Ellis, T. C- Fraser, E. C. Sarc, E. R. Gresham and C. Shakeshaft.
