The inaugural meeting of the W cllinglon Film Institute, a society which has been funned for the purpose ot encouraging good inution pictures, wdl lie held next week. The organisation is planned to follow the lines ot the I British Film Institute, which is sn.d I to he exerting an inercaslnbly beneficial inlluen.ee on linns. A constitution has been drawn up in which the objects of the institute are set out in net-ail as follows:- — !
