MRS M. L. ALLAN-SMITH. TRIBUTES AT FUNERAL. The great respect in which the late Mrs Mabel Louisa Allan-Smith was held was evidenced to-day in the large number of friends who assembled from various parts to pay tribute to her memory. At the wish of Mr AllanSmith Ibe funeral service was conducted by liis brother-in-law, the Rev. 11. T. Peat, who was assisted by the Rev. A. Blakemore, of Matamala. The late Mrs Allan-Smith was born in Dunedin, and was tliei eldest daughter of llie late Mr 11. Wickett, of Rotorua, and sister of Mrs 11. T. Peat, of St. Paul’s, Hamilton.

There were many beautiful floral tributes.
