DAIRYING SEASON.

CAMBRIDGE COMPANY. INTERIM BONUS PAYMENT. At the annual meeting of the Cambridge Co-operative Dairy Company next week an interim bonus of £19,713 will be distributed among suppliers. Tlie season’s pay-outs will be 9.59 d for cheese and 9.32 d for butter. The company handled during the year 4,807,2661 b of butter-fat, an increase of nearly 10 per cent over last year. Tlie company manufactured 3504 tons of cheese, 967 tons of butter and 115 tons of whey butter. The company continued to sell on consignment.

The manufacturing and marketing accounts for the year show an estimated surplus in the cheese account of £14,628, and in the butter account £11,559. These surpluses will make the final estimated payments as follows:—• Cheese: Average advance payments, 8.43 d; final payments, 1.15 d;. total, 9.59 d. Butter: Average advances, 7.76 d; final payments, I.SGd; total, 9.32 d. TATUA CHEESE FACTORY. INCREASED OUTPUT. For the year ended May 31 the output of the Tat.ua Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, Tatuanui, increased by 16 tons to 1100 tons of cheese, states the annual report to he presented at the 20th annual meeting on August 2. Supplementary payments have been made amounting to £3480, leaving a balance available of £3777, and
