FROSTY MORNING

HARBINGER OF WINTER. LIGHT HAMILTON RECORDING. Hamilton experienced a taste of the coming winter this morning, when a sharp nip in the air greeted early risers. This, the second frost of the year, was ■ only light, but was sufficient to cause considerable damage in gardens. At the Ruakura Farm of Instruction 1.4 degrees of frost were recorded to-day. The first frost this year was one degree, registered on March 4.
