FAREWELL PARTY.

PLEASANT TIME SPENT. Mrs J. Nicolas, who is leaving for Claudelands, was guest of honour at a very enjoyable afternoon given by her neighbours, at the home of Airs F. Vause, Frankton. With a few well chosen words Airs Pethybridge asked Airs Nicolas, on behalf of those present, to accept a small token of their esteem. The competition was won by Airs Pethybridge. Among those present were Alesdames Nicolas, Fulton, Vause, Hughes, Pethybridge, Watts, Gordon, Nicholson, Taylor, Baty, Diamond.
