Astonishing revelations are promised as the result, of llie action of detectives in taking samples from about 20 petrol pumps in the city and suburbs. The officers also secured samples from the companies which supply I hesc bowsers. The Government analyst now is comparing the samples. it' is slated that an officer of one police patrol was Hie victim of an attempt to run him down la a car.
