UNIFORMITY IMPRACTICABLE. ADJUSTMENT TO COSTS. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, Nov. 29. Sir E. Bennett, on behalf of the Postmaster-General, informed Mr A. E. Simmonds (Conservative, Duddeston) that in view of the rapid increase in air mail traffic lie could not agree that varying rates restricted the use thereof. It was impracticable to adopt uniform rates because charges were llxcd in relation to costs of conveyance.
