Banking Department.—Proprietors’ oapital, £14,553,000; rest, £3,679,552; public deposits, £12,263,034; other deposits, bankers’ £109,643,378, other accounts £43,941,948; sevenday and other bills, £976—total, £184,081,888. Government 6eourltles, £3,745,963; other securities, discounts and advances, £9,184,584; securities, £11,939,410; notes, £77,843,093; gold and silver ooin, £1,368,838 —total, £184,081,888.
