LOAN FOR AUSTRIA.
. GUARANTEED BY POWERS. , FRENCH SHARE AUTHORISED. (Otnctal Wireless.! (Received Aug. 7, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 6. The French Treasury announced that the French portion of £3,500,000 of the loan of £10,000,000 to Austria, guaranteed by Britain, France, Italy and Belgium, will be issued next week. It is expected the London portion of the loan, totalling £4,000,000 guaranteed by the British Government, will be issued shortly after. The Belgian Parliament passed a bill cn August 2, approving of the Belgian share. ;
