PIGEON SHOOTING.
SOUTH ISLAND CHAMPIONSHIP. CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. The South Island lice pigeon-shoot-ing championship was held this afternoon at Leeslon. the shoot being 21 birds off 28 yards. Following were the results: —A. X. Tanner (Christchurch), 21 birds, 1; M. Anderson (Rotherham), in. 2; It. si. Taylor (Christchurch), 18, 8.
