ERIC CRAIG’S APPEAL. DISMISSED BY CRIMINAL COURT. United Press Assn.—]“lyD^EY? o ®***’ Erio Craig, who was oonvicted in June on a charge of murdering Bessie O'Connor in the National Park on December 14, and sentenced on his third trial to death, appealed aga ns. his sentence but the Court of Criminal Appeal unanimously dismissed it. Craig is already serving a sentence of 20 years’ imprisonment for the man-, slaughter of May Miller In Waverley Park.
