MR URSCHEL RELEASED, v United Press Assn.—Eire. Tel. honv!?SV NEW YORK, July 31. Mr Charles F. Urschel, oil millionaire, who was kidnapped recently, lias been released and has returned to his home in Oklahoma City. Mr Urschel is In good health after his nine days’ captivity. He did not state whether a ransom had been paid. He was abducted from his home on the night of July 22 by two armed men.
