It is announced on behalf of the - Railways and Tramways Salaried Officers’ Association that the Association has deoidOd to take legal steps to safeguard the Interests of the four railway employees who according to the railway commissioners were responsible for the Bowning acoident.
The Association’s official statement says: “The whole Inquiry into the Bowning accident reeks with injustice cad indicates the lengths to which officialdom is pre-, pared to go in an effort to save the face of the Government for its policy of ineptitude and disregard of public safety.’’ ...... . -
