PARLIAMENT RISES.
FOR SUMMER RECESS. WILL REASSEMBLE NOVEMBER 7. (Omclal Wireless.) . (Received July 29, 12.45 p.m.) RUGBY, July 28. Parliament has risen for the summer recess. Unless members are recalled for any special reason it will not reassemble until November 7. The Prime Minister will leave by air for Lossiemouth, where he will spend the first part of his holiday.
