YOUNG MAN SENTENCED. THREE YEARS’ HARD LABOUR. DUNEDIN, Friday. In the Supreme Court Raymond Theodore Padman (23) was sentenced to three years’ hard labour for setting lire to Wimpenny’s petrol station.
