Church Parade. An impressive service, conducted by .Rev. Burton, of Otorohanga, was held in the Te Kawa JVest- School on Sunday, when the Kakepuku troop of Scouts and Wolf Cubs attended with their relatives and friends. Appropriate hymns were sung. Scout Jack Crawford read the lesson. Golf Match. Maihiihi Golf Club visited the local club during the week-end and enjoyable golf was experienced. On the Farm. Feeding out operations are being generally carried out in the district, hay and ensilage alike being utilised. A sign of the progress and prosperity of Te Kawa is the activity of the builders, several new cow-sheds being in course of erection.
