property as appearing In the current year’s Valuation Roll of that portion of the Borough of Hamilton known as I Maeroa, being that area included in the Borough of Hamilton as from the Ist day of April 1925. Also a SPECIAL Alexandra Street Loan of £1,200 rate of one fourteenth of a penny (i/14d) in the £ upon the unimproved value of all rateable property contained In Sections 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, and 95 of the Town of Hamilton West. Also the following WATER RATES in. respect to ordinary supply; Upon ali lands and buildings to which water ii supplied and whose annual rateable value appearing on the Roll does not exceed £l2 10s Od a rate of 10/-: exceeding £l2 10s Od a rate of 3 per centum on such rateable value. Upon all lands and buildings to which water can be but is not supplied within 100 yards of any part of the waterworks; and upon all lands and buildings used as stores and warehouses or any other purpose than a dwelling house, a rate of one half of the full rates above mentioned. Also in respect of DWELLING HOUSES ONLY a uniform refuse collection fen of thirteen shillings per annum on each dwelling from which Ihe Council is prepared to remove household refuse. The whole of the above rales to be due and payable in each case in one sum to the Collector at the Borough Office on the 1 Gth day of August 1933. The estimates on which the rates are being struck have been approved by the Council and together with tbc Valuation Roll and Ratebook are open for inspection at the Town Clerk's Office during Office hours.
