Steps toward the achievement of a co-operative Commonwealth were outlined and adopted by the delegates to the annual convention of the United Farmers of Alberta. They urged the nationalisation of the currency and credit, public ownership or socialisation of all natural resources, industrial and distrbiutive equipment essential to the welfare of society, and a foreign policy designed to secure international co-operation in trade, Industry and finance and to promote world peace.
