BAND CONTEST.
MEETING OF RESIDENTS. 1 A meting of those Interested in the • band contest for bands In the South . Auckland district, which has been arranged to be held at Hamilton on Easter Saturday, is called by the ! Mayor. Fifteen bands have signified their intention of competing and the meeting is being held with a view to electing a strong committee to control the contest. It is expected that, there will be a large and representative I meeting of residents.
