Cold storage does not Impair Australian and New Zealand butter, but retains its essential vitamins and It is the best home-produced -butter, says the Lister Institute, following investigations by the director of the Medical Research Council, which is subsidised by the Empire Marketing Board. The report emphasises the Importance of the conclusions, because the demand for Australian and New Zealand butters is Increasing in England, comprising nearly half the total supply.
