OBITUARY.
MRS. J. M. BRISCO. TAURANGA, Tuesday. The death has occurred of Mrs Jessie Mary Brisco, widow of the late Mr. Arthur Hylton Brisco, of Palmerston North. Deceased at one time resided at Matamata.
MR. rSAAC WALTERS. DARGAVILLE, Tuesday. The death has occurred at Mangawhare, of Mr. Isaao Walters, who was a resident of the district for 45 years. MRS. A. J. BARNETT. The death occurred last week of Mrs. Anna Julia Barnett, widow of the late Mr. Arthur Wellington Barnett, of "Raydale,’’ Taumarina (Marlborough). The late Mrs. Barnett, who was 86 years of age, was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Selines, of Mitcham, Surrey, and came to New Zealand with her parents in the ship Venetia in IS4B. She married in Nelson, where she was engaged in the teaching profession. She was one of the founders of St. Luke’s Church, Spring Creek. The family Includes the Rev. N. S. Barnett (Berhampore), the Rev. A. H. Barnett (Rakaia), Dean G. R. Barnett (England, and formerly Vicar of Hamilton),'Mr. J. B. Barnett (Taumarina); Mesdames G. B. Nlcholls (Christchurch), E. C. W. Powell (Sydenham), Misses R. A. Barnett and E. M. Barnett ("Raydale”), K. A. Barnett (Havelock North) and M. V. Barnett (Nelson). .
