TO-DAY’S BUSINESS. TWO BRIGHT FEATURES. (Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Tuesday. Business on the Stock Exchange has been quiet since last report. • The only bright features have been the continued demand for Government Stocks at late rates, and an advance in the Bank of New Zealand shares as the result of the recent dividend announcement. At. the morning call buyers were offering £2 4s 3d, but holders had raised their limits to £2 0s 3d. Bank of Australasias were firm, with buyers at £9. Australian issues were dull Colonial Sugars were on offer at £3B. A parcel of National Mortgage £2 shares was offered at £1 i's. Wnihis steadied a little from the recent decline, and there were fresh buyers at. 10s 3d, with holders asking 16s 9d. SALES RECORDED. ( Rv Telegraph. —Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Tuesday.
