SWING TO THE LEFT. MANY SECOND BALLOTS. United Fress Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. PARIS, May 2. As a result of the general election yesterday the parties which support the Prime .Minister, M. Tardieu, have Avon 131 seats, and members of tile Opposition parties 120. Second ballots will be necessary for 356 seats. The voting shows a marked swing to the Left.
