QUESTION OF CONTROL. AUCKLAND, Friday. "Your committee recommends that the Auckland Wrestling Association be Informed that the council expects the matches in the Town Hall to be conducted and controlled in a proper manner, and every effort made to ensure that this is done,” stated the Legal and By-laws Committee in a report to the City Council last night. “Further, the council expects the association to use every effort to comply with the Town Hall regulations, and to prevent ■smoking and the taking of intoxicating liquor into the ball. If any adverse imports are received from the police department, the committee will reopen the question of whether the Town Hall should, or 'Should not, he used for these matches.” These recommendations were adopted.
