POSSIBILITIES OF EXTENSION. BEING EXPLORED BY BRITAIN. INQUIRIES IN THE COLONIES. (Omcial Wireless.) (Received April 28, 12.30 p in.) RUGBY, April 27. The Secretary of State for the Colonies (Sir Phillip Ounliffe Lister) speaking in the House of Commons today, said that lie was in constant touch with varied trade interests in diiterent groups of colonies, and was in communication with all colonial Governors on the possibilities ot an extension of trade between the Dominions and colonies.
